2026 is the year we have decided to treat you like a fucking adult and say it how it is!

Animals are treated like garbage, what are you going to do about it?

Or, you know... JUST GROW THE FUCK UP

It shouldn't take a campaign to convince you that animals aren't commodities. But here we are, with organizations spending millions to tell you to take baby steps, and even go as far as convincing you to do the opposite of what you should do, because they have no faith in your ability to change.

How does offset work?

And how to train your brain to see victims as numbers

Offset is a new concept invented by Farm Kind. It creates that sense of comfort without having to take any responsibilities. Basically, animals are conveniently converted into numbers, robbed of their individuality, to give you the illusion of being able to resuscitate the animal you are paying to be sentenced to death. It's great, it removes any responsibility from your actions. You can apply it to any model that involves a victim.

Why are you rounding up the number of animals used?

As far as we know, there are no such things as 0.03 sentient cows, 0.2 chickens, 0.5 shrimp.

Be a decent human being, NOW !

Stop waiting for someone to tell you when you should stop munching on someone else's flesh, drink someone else's milk, scramble someone else's eggs, wear someone else's skin, or use someone else for entertainment or any other crap that requires their exploitation.

You are not a BABY ๐Ÿ‘ถ

Just do it!

GO VEGAN ๐ŸŒฑ

Understand what you are supporting.

Like any grown up, it's your responsability to educate yourself, and act accordingly based on the new information you acquire.

"But I don't have time"

Bullshit! As soon as you leave this site, you will likely spend hours doomscrolling or binge watch your favourite shows. You sound like a kid who doesn't want to tidy their bedroom.
But we knew you would say that, because when it's time to act like a responsible adult, we no longer act like one.

Traits of a grown up

Your age is not representive of your maturity and ability to act responsibly. It's being able to recognize your mistakes, learn from them, and make better choices moving forward.

๐ŸŽฏ

Accountability

Takes ownership of their actions and choices, acknowledging mistakes without making excuses or shifting blame to others.

๐Ÿง

Critical Thinking

Questions assumptions, evaluates information objectively, and makes informed decisions based on evidence rather than emotion or tradition.

๐Ÿ’š

Empathy

Considers the impact of their actions on others, including non-human animals, and shows compassion beyond their immediate circle.

โš–๏ธ

Consistency

Aligns their values with their actions. Doesn't claim to love animals while paying for their exploitation and harm.

๐ŸŒฑ

Growth Mindset

Open to changing their mind when presented with new information. Views personal growth as an ongoing journey, not a destination.

๐Ÿ’ช

Courage

Has the strength to stand up for what's right, even when it's inconvenient, unpopular, or goes against cultural norms.

That sounds like me, show me how to

FAQs

Is this website affiliated with any organization?
No. This is an independent project, not affiliated with any animal rights organization or advocacy group.
The language used seems welfarist, not abolitionist
Fair point. This was built in 2 days as a response to the FarmKind campaign. The messaging will continue to evolve and be refined over time.
How did this project come about?
FarmKind launched their "Forget Veganuary" campaign, promoting and encouraging the consumption of animal flesh and actually paying money toward the slaughter of some individuals. We disagreed strongly enough to build this response.
Are you against donating to charities?
No. But there is a fine line between encouraging donations from non-vegans, and actively attacking veganism.
Why use such confrontational language?
After years of activism and watching organizations coddle adults with "baby steps" messaging while animals continue to be treated as commodities, this project takes a direct approach. We use the same blunt language people accept when discussing any other injustice. It won't resonate with everyoneโ€”and that's fine.
Why the focus on "growing up"?
Because the concept of "baby steps" and guilt-offsetting while billions of animals are systematically exploited is absurd. Adults actively participating in this system deserve to be addressed as adults capable of making immediate moral decisions, not children who need years of gentle encouragement. But we understand that the psychology behind change is not as straightforward as that.
Who is "we"?
One person who built this and uses "we" out of habit. Or maybe to sound more legitimate. Either way, it's just me.
What was the cost of building this project?
The purchase of the domain name, hosting, and 2 days of work.
